Your pup can follow their sniffer straight from the open yard, unleash their inner mountain goat on the rocks, and into the wooded area well beyond the rocks—all safely within a fully fenced space. Please help yourself to a Complimentary Pup Cup as a thank you for allowing us to be your host! (Cups & whipped cream in cooler). Our fencing includes: • 5’ wrought-iron fence along the front of the property for a secure, stylish entrance • 4’ welded-wire fencing along the sides and through the entire wooded back area, with posts cemented deep into the ground for added stability. • Welded wire fence is meant to blend in. It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. Whether your dog is a sprinter, a sniffer, or a nature-lover, this spot is built for adventure. Come play!

We are so sorry, but the Town of Auburn has decided that we cannot have a Sniff Spot - they deem it inappropriate for a residential neighborhood. Feel free to complain to them! :) We will appeal and try to come back - we have so enjoyed hosting everyone! Please note - the pool is closed for the winter! We will open it back up when the weather gets friendlier!

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.

Come check out our beautiful backyard that sits on old farm property. We are on a scenic road with beautiful views all around. We abut a walking trail but our yard is fully fenced in. We are currently adding a new patio so that is something to look forward to! We have a dog of our own and children, so please no dogs that are not good with kids unless it is booked during school hours.

Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.
