Curbside or off street parking A nice shady big corner lot that wraps around the back of the white utility shed next to the house. Entry gate off the top of the driveway. It A completely wood and cyclone fenced area. Want to play in a safe area with your dog(s) at night? Flood lights will make the play area nice & bright. Off leash, privacy, play time for you, you/family, and of course, your beloved dog(s) Squirrels and rabbits pass through the dog park. My beloved miniature little brown poodle, Morty Mocha Wonka, once captured a fast rabbit in the side yard park that was bigger than himself, thus, Elvis Presley became his friend, and Morty was no longer a “Hound Dog” For warm or hot sunny days, the Red Maple Tree in the play area will provide you with instant shade, and it is the perfect spot for provided chair(s) where you can throw optional provided numerous rubber ball toys to your dog(s) to play fetch & retrieve. Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 12 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. He loved to crouch down (because one time the ball hit him) by the pine trees and the very tall 20-30 ft high arborvitaes that line the west wood perimeter fence, as he waited for me to throw a rubber ball to him, that he would eagerly fetch and return to me. Please PM for details BEFORE booking!*** All proceeds from this Spot go to dog rescue. <3 Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit.

Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! If a Saturday or Sunday is blocked and you have 2+ dogs, please message to request and it may be accomodated! Please note during winter (November until end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️

This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. Only $3!!!! ....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

0.4 acres fully fenced in and private. Have your pup chase a frisbee or ball and run up and down the hill. It’s tiring! 😅 Winter: We have a hill that will challenge and tire your pup up running through the snow! ❄️ Toys, trash, and water bowl are available (no water after hose is winterized) Summer/Late Spring/Early Fall: We have a few chairs 🪑 on the deck and umbrella ☂️ as well as a water bowl 💧 and hose if your pup needs water or to cool off.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Large backyard for furry friends all of kinds to visit! Quiet neighborhood with street parking. Cozy patio with picnic tables, seating, and wifi for our human friends. Water available if needed but not automatically set out.
