The area behind the house is quiet and peaceful and spacious. There is Chuck sticks and frisbees, but you have to bring your own balls. I always provide freshwater and dog treats and there are chairs for people to sit while their dogs run around. Also the home of Critterville self pet wash, if the dog gets stinky after it runs around it can get a warm bath before it goes home if the pet wash is available at that time. There is a sign to the left of the garage door that says Sniff Spot park here you can walk around the left side of the house and enter the backyard from that gate. Follow the signs.

Construction noise is still on going from our neighbors over the hill. Our 1+ acre spot has an open area for throwing the ball around, and a small wooded area for the pups to wander through the trees. A few obstacles to check out, and a picnic table for you to sit and relax. Located at the end of a dead-end road you’ll have privacy as you can barely see any houses from the Sniffspot. The spot is located in the front portion of our property and is entirely separate from our home area. You may occasionally see our neighbor whose driveway you’ll pass on the way to the Sniffspot. #woofiesplayyard Please refrain from using alcoholic beverages, or smoking/vaping on premises. Anyone using these on our property will be banned from this Sniffspot.

Fully fenced with 4 foot chain link fence. We do not pick up after our dogs often so if your dog likes chocolate surprises I would keep an eye on them. A million sticks for the chewers. Feel free to hang in the hammock in the back. Hot tub is not open for use unfortunately. I have experience with some behavioral dogs/training so if you want advice with issues you're having with your dog I am happy to meet you during your time to give you some pointers.

I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are around. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. In the winter, we snowmobile our trails to keep them walkable! There may be slippery spots here and there, so prepare accordingly! Be sure to look ahead at the roads on MN 511 in case of winter weather.

I made the tire playground for my own dog so have fun with your dog going under and over the tires and build their confidence with climbing the 3 levels as they wobble! Tree Tug needs to be replaced as well as the sand in the sandbox but still works fine for a digging spot. Take advantage of the space for a good game of fetch! There are dog safe raspberries when they're in season and herbs around the tire playground that they're allowed to smell or consume. (Mint, oregano, catnip).
