Description

Quiet spot near the Edgewater neighborhood. About 1 mile from Edgewater beach. Fully fenced in backyard. Recently landscaped and pressure washed. Patio umbrella for shade, mini pool and hose access. Park right in the driveway. Three chairs available. I'll usually leave a cooler filled with several waters, treats, poop bags, garbage bin and a few toys for you and your hairy childs enjoyment. Welcome to my backyard 💕🐾

If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.

Private piece of nature for your fur friends, ready to explore and get real! The Property is shaped as a rectangle, so it's wide, but the way to the water is short. It's a very short trail down to the pond starting to the right of the house, about 5 minutes, and you can also explore around the property, there's a small creek to the left of the house that connects to the pond, tho it only gets wet while/right after it rains- It's a great place for your dog to explore nature. Could get muddy after the rain, so give it 5-8 hours to dry. Pond gets really full and exciting after the rain, tho, and you'll usually find mushrooms too! If you plan on splashing in the pond - your dog will get muddy! Bring your own towel, I got the hose.
