There is not much rules, dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool or on the main entrance pond, you're dog can swim at the big pond on the back of the property at your own risk.

5+ acres property with the front being gated and fenced with 5 feet pole and cattle mesh built less than 1 year! My property has pond that dogs are welcome to jump in! Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! There are plenty of woods near the edge of the property for your dogs to run 🐾 if you’re lucky, you might also see fireflies around dusk! It gets dark out in the back you can choose to light up a bonfire! Hope you and your fur babies enjoy your time here! ***the settings for booking is set to 12 hr notice. You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. Always call before you make a reservation to avoid conflicts. This is a multipurpose venue, and we may have other rentals schedule. You and your dog are welcome to wander the 3-acre unfenced backlot (leashed or unleased) behind the Epic Mancave. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property. I am a professional photographer and also offer studio and outdoor pet portraits.
