Just sharing the love of providing an easy, quiet place for dogs in the Denver community. Great area to get work done while your dog explores. Convenient location. Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Welcome to our fully-fenced and well-maintained ~2,500 sq ft private yard—an ideal spot for dogs to run, play, and relax! The space is mostly lush grass and secured with a 6-foot privacy fence, offering plenty of room for off-leash fun. There’s also a child’s play structure that curious pups (or kids) may enjoy exploring, plus open space for fetch, zoomies, or sniffing to their heart’s content. For humans, our large covered patio features comfortable shaded seating around a spacious table—perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or an energetic outing, the yard provides a clean, welcoming environment for both dogs and their people. We’ve stocked the space with a few thoughtful extras to make your visit even easier: • Hand sanitizer and wet wipes • Poop bags and trash can • Mini fridge with flavored seltzer water • Dog water bowl • A variety of dog toys • Hose • Kiddie pool for pups to cool off in • Dog kibble for treats If there’s anything else you need, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when we can!

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

This is not a regular sized backyard, it is very open and long, backing up to Peakview. You have enough space to throw the ball especially if you go to the west side of the yard. There is also an enclosed patio with 3 televisions if you want to watch a game or 3. We have so many seating options for everyone to find comfort while the pups play.

There is space for you to sit around a table and play with your babies. We always leave a treat and a fresh bowl of water, and pickup dog bags so you can relax and enjoy, come and see us! 🐾

This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate. If you don't want a mess, stay away from the cattails as it is VERY muddy (if your dog enjoys a good mud bath, go for it!). Please pick up after yourselves and ENJOY!!!

Hi friends, I'm excited to share that my backyard Sniffspot will officially reopen on July 20, 2025! 🎉 We’ve made a few updates and also welcomed a brand new puppy, Willow, into the family. To keep everyone safe and healthy, we’ve taken extra steps to deep clean and disinfect the space with vet-grade products. Here’s what to know: 💧 Sanitation protocols are in place — high-traffic areas are regularly disinfected 🐶 Our puppy Willow is still finishing her vaccines, so we kindly ask that all visiting dogs are fully up-to-date on their vaccinations (especially parvo, distemper, and bordetella) 🧼 Please pick up after your pup and use the provided waste bins 🕒 Bookings resume July 19th, and we’d love to see you and your dogs again!
