This spot offers a variety of excitement… Mowed trails, fun obstacles and play toys, a water tub and hose, shady trees with picnic tables, nice views of the foothills, birds singing and seeing my mini Herfords grazing in other sections of my property. Based on the season, it looks a little different. In the spring before the pasture is hayed, I mow trails through it. (Keep in mind when it rains, it can get a little wet in the northwest section… but the other areas always stay dry.) When the summer comes, the pasture is hayed thereby offering a vast playground. When the winter comes in, it’s a fun place to play when it snows. My goal is to keep it lush with grass so I may offer limited open slots from time to time… So if you don’t see a time that works for your schedule, just message me! Welcome! We have a fully fenced (40” beam and wire) half-acre grassy orchard with 17 fruit trees, a 6’ fenced we garden enclosure, a greenhouse, and place to roam for your doggies. Our trees do produce fruit so there will be objects on the ground including leaves, branches, flower blossoms, and fruit depending on the season. We also attract wild animals so deer, elk and bear scat is common. We have an outdoor cat who makes himself invisible when doggie guests are here. The sniffspot yard is fully enclosed separately and adjacent to our personal backyard/patio. There is a bungee chair and a lounge chair for owners to use and relax. A large pooper scooper is available to remove waste and toss into the compost heap at the back of the property. Bottled waters and a dog bowl are hanging from the fence for your convenience.

Our pasture is a perfect place for dogs to play, run, sniff and explore! Barbed wire and split rail fence surround all 25 acres. Note that some dogs may be able to get through the fencing if they are really determined. Rolling hills as well as 8 flat acres! Our pasture is filled with flowers, tall grass, and sagebrush in the summer and fall. In the winter there is snow. Sometimes a lot of it! We groom trails year-round. The pasture has a spring that flows 10 months out of the year. Please give us as much advance notice as possible. This is a beautiful spot that is hard to beat!! This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate. If you don't want a mess, stay away from the cattails as it is VERY muddy (if your dog enjoys a good mud bath, go for it!). Please pick up after yourselves and ENJOY!!!

We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly. Including steps they can easily exit the pool from. **note the price listed is for swimming pups. 1 hour= $50 for the 1st pup, $25 per extra pup. **. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim at no cost. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $25. Limit of a total of 4 people unless approved in advance.** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins and time to clean the pool. We have horses for neighbors and great views. There are toys, water, a picnic table in the shade of trees and beautiful views of the front range mountains. There are hawks that fly around and there is an occasional coyote but it has been a while since I have seen or heard one. They are usually out at night.

Dogs love it here and never want to leave! There is a large open space nestled between the foothills just outside of the noise of town. The lake is not too deep, and it's perfect for teaching your dog how to swim. It is a bit muddy, so bring a towel for your car ride home. Picnic tables and chairs available. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. We have such a great backyard and when I found out about this app I immediately thought back to when I was living in apartments with my dog and begging friends with backyards to let her run around. I want to share this space with others in similar situations. We have great big trees for shade, a nice deck with patio chairs and an umbrella. In the grass area under one big tree is a second set of chairs. There is also a bench with a small fire pit on the south side corner. The yard is fully fenced, one on side it is a shorter metal fence, other sides are 6’ wood fences. There are many toys to choose from! We have a chuck it, frisbee, a splash pad, and a deep inflatable lounge chair which we use as a small dog pool. Water and treat always available!

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Approx 400' x 200' field for running or throwing balls or frisbies. Picnic table shaded from afternoon sun. No lighting after dark Weekends tend to get fully booked. If you don't see any open slots Change your criteria to 30 minutes as there might be a 30 minute slot still available. If still no slots contact us as we might have an hour opening between guests. Sniffspot requires 30 minute padding so those gaps won't show up but we might be able to squeeze you in. There is a water hydrant near the chicken coop. Lift up on handle and wait three to four seconds for the water to begin flowing. Turn on splitter valve if no water comes out. There's a large green trash can next to the shed for poo and some bags available if you didn't bring your own. In Summer early mornings are usually cool. After noon the picnic table will be in the shade and an hour or two before sunset a good portion of the field is in the shade. But midday can be hot with no shade. I recommend checking the weather forecast before visiting or only booking 30 minutes when hot
