I own an acre in Davie. My home is in a semi-rural area with all acre plus size lots. Very peaceful. I back up to a 10 acre field. Yard is fenced in on 3 sides. Front is not fenced. Quite street.
Bring your dogs over and enjoy our private fully fenced in yard. There is plenty of space for your four legged friends to run and play. Our beautiful large oak trees provide a breezy shaded area when you need a break from the sunshine. You’ll have access to our outdoor restroom, table, chairs, and more. • My yard is a spacious, fully fenced-in area, providing a safe and secure environment for dogs to run and play freely. The fence is high enough to prevent any escapes, and the yard features a mix of grass and soft ground, perfect for sniffing, running, and exploring. There’s plenty of space for dogs to stretch their legs, and the area is kept clean and well-maintained. It's a peaceful and quiet spot, ideal for dogs who love to spend time outdoors, whether for exercise or relaxation. • Owner Responsibility: The dog owner should remain present with their dog at all times when using the space. It's crucial that the owner supervises their dog’s behavior, particularly if multiple dogs are in the area. • Supervision Required – Owners must always supervise their dogs while they are in or near the pool. • Please bring own towels • No Unattended Dogs – Dogs should not be left alone in the pool area. • Swimming Ability – Not all dogs are natural swimmers. Owners should ensure their dog is comfortable in the water. • No Rough Play – Avoid excessive roughhousing to prevent injuries. • Clean Up After Your Dog – Owners must pick up after their dogs, including in and around the pool area. • No Glass Containers – Glass is typically prohibited to prevent breakage hazards.
Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. BARKING - We know your furry friends are having a good time and happy barks are totally ok! Please just keep in mind we do have very kind neighbors and we still need to respect the levels of excessive barking. :) EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.
