Additional rules
Description: Please bring your towels if your dog plans to use the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to me not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advance but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :).
PARKING - You may park on my driveway. There is a gate to enter the backyard and you will see "doggie" signs (pictures attached) affixed to the entry gate. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The "doggie" sign will be posted.
POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 10 ft. Your furbaby can only exit the pool on the 3-foot area where there are steps. The pool is not heated. There are 2 water-hoses One faces the pool and the 2nd near the gate that you entered, for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish (Extra). Please provide your own shampoo. Sniffspot does not cover human use of pools. If you plan to use the pool, it will be at your discretion, and only 2 people per 1 doggie are allowed inside the pool. Note: EXTRA- If more people.
WEDNESDAY- Our pool maintenance man comes on Wednesdays between the hours of 8 am-9:30 am so please do not book during this window.
FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with heat stroke in dogs and what to look for.

NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house (only motion sensor lights) so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern.
TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well!
BARKING - We know your furry friends are having a good time and happy barks are totally ok! Please just keep in mind we do have very kind neighbors and we still need to respect the levels of excessive barking. :)
EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in any way within legal limitations. The closest animal hospital is VCA Pines West Animal Hospital-(954-430-5353) 18419 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 -Closes at 8 pm.
IMPORTANT: Only 2 people per dog are allowed on the property. If you come with 2 or more doggies, a total of 3 people are allowed on the property. Any questions are welcome.
