Bear Brook Canine Camp

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. Drive down and just head right to the lake! All unfenced, peninsula provides natural barrier, very private Gravel road, bring sturdy shoes for walk down and back, needs to be graded after recent rain Recommend SUV or truck if driving down the hill! If sedan, park at top and walk down (although our sedan does make it down FYI)

Hi! Welcome! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of parking on Main Street in Hampstead. There is plenty of room for your dog to run around and plenty of smells from my dogs. One section of the fence is only 3 feet high, so it may not work if your dog is a jumper. My neighbor has horses that may be in a nearby pasture. There are also dogs that live next-door. If you are coming, I will keep my dogs in the house. They will probably not even know you are out there. There is one spot that can get muddy depending on the weather. The rest of the yard is grass and a small area of bushes and other vegetation. There is also a rocky area under my deck. During the warmer months, there will be a picnic table and chairs. Please bring bags and pick up after your dog. There is a trash bucket out there. I will also have a water bowl out there during the warmer months. There is a gate if you need to block off the stairs to the deck. It is next to the shed under the deck. I have tenants that may go in and out off the deck but I inform them of visits and they are dog people. Thank you! Please let me know if you need anything.
