Please note - the pool is closed for the winter! We will open it back up when the weather gets friendlier! Come let your dog(s) play in our fully fenced, 2 acre yard. The yard is fully fenced with stockade fencing on three sides and black chainlink along the back. Very small dogs may be able to squeeze out the back gate along the woods line, so please pay close attention. The yard has tons of shade trees and you are welcome to sit on the deck while your dog explores. The pool is closed for the winter, so please ignore this part until the spring!! The pool is extra, so please consider this when booking. You can add the pool time if you look under "extras". The pool is also fully fenced. There are chairs in the pool area as well! We will provide dog towels - please hang them on the pool fence when you are done. People are welcome to swim, but please bring your own towels. We do have life jackets that you are welcome to use, but you may want to bring your own so you a sure it fits your dog. Please do not allow your dog to potty in the pool area. Kids are okay, but they must be under direct adult supervision (over 18) at all times. Please know, for everyone's safety, we do have cameras in the yard.

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. As water activities are now closed for the season we are using our stock tank to house most of our toys so that the dogs can jump in to play or choose one for yard play. Feel free to add any no longer wanted toys to the bunch.
