With rolling hills, bumpy terrain, and tons of open space, it’s a sniff-and-sprint paradise! *We are outside the city limits and it is not uncommon to hear hunters nearby shooting* ✅ Fully enclosed with secure fencing ✅ Natural terrain: hilly, bumpy, and tons of sensory enrichment ✅ Water station & shade available inside carport and through trails ✅ Poop bags & trash bin provided Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport and at the picnic table in the back near the bamboo forest. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport and at the well. Fence: The fence is 3 feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer, ground hogs and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: The property around the home has never been graded so it is hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. Water: You have access to our well and water bowls.

As well as an in-ground 12 foot trampoline and full size hammock available for use. I just ask for guests to keep dogs off trampoline. Yard is on a hill. After dark, we also have lighting around the entire fence for visibility. No other dogs can be seen. But our neighbor has a small dog that may bark occasionally. That dog is always kept in a small pen, so the dog cannot get even close to our fence. Upon upon request, back door blinds can be drawn for complete privacy. Very quiet neighborhood. Fulled wooded area behind fence. Will consider any other accommodations upon request and will fulfill if I am able.
