Your exploration is at your own risk- be cautious of the occasional skunk, snake, field mouse, raccoon, armadillo, and scorpion.

You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere!
