Poolside cabana with fans, lounge furniture & tables makes it the most comfortable spot for owners, rain or shine. We are the perfect spot for Flagler Village/Victoria Park/Las Olas apartment dwellers with dogs. Please check out EXTRAS to complete your reservation. It is a requirement to become a repeat guest to share the names of guest that are not registered the sniff spot owner on the booking. Your dog has full access to all our amenities. If any owner wants to join in the pool, an Extra must be added to the booking. There are options for 1 owner or up to 4 owners. If you need something more specific, message me.

Family of 5 with dog loving kiddos. We don’t have our own dog. For safety reasons, it is of the most importance and a requirement to book again, to send the names of all guest in attendance with the registered Sniffer. We love hosting and want only the most considerate and respectful guests to share our beautiful space with.

This fully fenced in yard spread across a full half acre in Cooper City is a real hidden gem for your pups. There is plenty of space to run and play especially if you have more than one dog (I have three). Don’t worry my dogs will not be outside while you are enjoying the space. The pool is always a refreshing cooling off for your water babies. Whether you’re teaching them to love the water or letting them jump in on their own. The pool is always a favorite. Relax under the tiki hut while your fur babies play. The yard gets plenty of light from the hut depending on the time of your visit. I have a loaded avocado tree in the yard this time of year and they are healthy for dogs-minus the pits of course. A Mulberry tree is also in the yard and harmless to dogs. My dogs love them! The tiki hut has Wi-Fi as well as power for your laptop if you want to make the most out of your stay. There is a cabana bathroom on site but unfortunately it is only available when the owner is home. Feel free to use the hose on site it’s plenty long. If your dogs love the water stream like mine they will have a blast. If you need the hose to clean up your babies mishaps, it’s there for you as well. All in all it’s a really cool backyard oasis that you and your dogs will enjoy.

Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio.
