Hello. Welcomeš Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad thatās accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the eveningsš§āāļøšš§ Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if youāre looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so donāt have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your petš© and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls donāt hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio.
