Private Dog Park 1.5ac (Lure Coursing, Agility Equip- Extras)
Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication.
Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events.
We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

I have a large fenced yard on one side of the house and a small fenced yard on the other side. I believe it’s almost 1/2 an acre total. The large fenced area has a cement small drainage ditch. It’s tree lined and wild. My bassets love sniffing around there. Large grass area with out door furniture/chairs to sit and watch. Also after summer is done, I will open up the garden area. Lots of places to sniff around! I also have a SwiftPaws (google SwiftPaws) that I have set up in small yard that you may use. Lots of fun!
It is pretty private with the trees and fences. Tall wooden fence on street side and back of property. Chain link along ditch and front entrance.
