Description

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.

Please discourage your pups from going into taped off areas as these may be covered with straw and seeded for clover and grass. Agility equipment portrayed in pictures are not available during the winter months where snow, ice, and freezing weather affect both the agility equipment and safety of your pup.

1. Please do not encourage excessive barking. We are in a residential area. 2. Sniffspot prices are for your personal use only. Resellers must contact us before setting up a reservation for large groups or training use. 3. Please do not move or alter the agility equipment and remember that agility equipment is for dogs only; please do not stand or otherwise use the agility equipment yourself. 4. Please notify us if you lose or damage any toys or equipment so we can discuss repair/replacement. 5. Please make alternative parking arrangements if there are more than 5 vehicles involved.

The other half is a mix of pollinators and weeds awaiting my picking. It was all buckthorn when we bought the house in 2021 😬 I use natural methods to control weeds by hand picking, cardboard and tarps for smothering patches of weeds as I work on slowly planting the wild area.
