I do keep goats on the property when it’s not in use but when it’s rented out the goats get moved off the pasture and into the back yard.

For every new Instagram follower, 1 minute of land clearing and Puppy Paradise construction. Capped at 10 million minutes.
For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation.
For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation.
I will post time lapses along with reported numbers on Instagram. If the page gets to 300k followers I will make Puppy Paradise construction my full time job.
