Description

Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. Additionally we have many guests desiring safety for dogs and children to play together. Bring a friend, have a picnic while your dogs play. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are NOT a good fit for a reactive dog. We share a fence with our neighbors that have 2 small dogs. There are plenty of other Sniffspots that will suit your reactive dog’s needs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. We have comfortable furniture including a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. We have no cameras. Your privacy is very important to us. Your dog can do nothing wrong here. Let them Dig, Bark, Sniff and Play. Everything begins at our Sunflower She Shed. You will find everything you need there. For people Extras are available such as snacks and cold drinks and frozen ice cream found in the Sunflower She Shed refrigerator/freezer. We also have a Keurig coffee pot, Hot Chocolate and Hot tea available. Relax and enjoy your time.

Birthday or Gotcha Day Cake$15

This cake is shaped like a dog bone. It is peanut butter flavored with peanut butter frosting. See picture in our photos. It is a big hit and healthy too. Min of 48 hours notice.

Dog Pool$5

Anytime the weather is over 80 degrees we put the dog pool out free. There is always a puppy pool. If you would like the bigger Dog pool, choose this option.

Fire Pit and S’mores$15

We start the fire and provide everything needed to make S’mores for up to 4 people. We must have advanced notice of 24 hours with afternoon or evening hours preferred. Bring a picnic and top it off with S’mores. You can even use the grilling sticks for hot dogs.

Frozen Beef Bone Marrow Bone$5

A FAVORITE for dogs. Treat your pet with One baked then frozen Beef Bone Marrow Bone. Your pet will love the bone marrow in the middle and cleaning their teeth while gnawing the bone. They last a Long time. Hands down this is the favorite dog treat. If you need more than one, contact me before the visit and ai will have it available at an additional charge.

Last Min Extras$0

Pup Cup$5

Peanut butter or bacon cheese pup cups available. The whip cream is in the refrigerator. Top it off at least once.

SNIFFARI and S’mores$30

We will place treats all around the property for your dog to Sniff Out while you and your family, sit around the campfire enjoying making S’mores. All ingredients included. We will even leave a warm bone marrow bone near the campfire for your pup to enjoy. This is the #1 Amenity we offer. Text me with questions 3363821719.

Sniffari for 2$15

Hidden treats within the field and garden. This is our number one request. Let your pups sniff out quality treats throughout the field and gardens. You can trlac or help them find them. Spoiler alert. There is always treats hidden on the dog house.

SNIFFARI Scavenger Hunt$10

The # 1 most requested extra. 4 Special treats will be hidden around the perimeter of the Playground allowing your dog to “Sniff them out”. On this SNIFFARI Adventure. There will also be a few other treats hidden in the garden area. Let your furbaby go wild searching. It has been a HUGE hit for everyone who has tried it. Also ADD a bone marrow bone extra and we will let you hide it once your pup is on the hunt.

Additional rules

We do require a copy of your dogs vaccination records before visiting. For vaccinations, we require that all visiting dogs have current DHPP or DA2PP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) and rabies vaccines. We also recommended flea and parasite preventative. Please post your records with your reservation or you can email me Cathyward711@gmail.com or text a picture of them to me 336-382-1719. Thank you for your understanding. You are allowed to smoke or vape on the property. We will gladly provide an ashtray for you if needed. Please be sure to extinguish your cigarette thoroughly. Once inside the each fenced area, please insure the gates are closed and locked. This is for you and your dog’s protection. Children are Welcome. They should not climb on the Sunflower She Shed. They are welcome to use hammock when accompanied by an adult. The property is not level, please watch your step.

If you are looking for a normal dog park, we are NOT IT, We Love dogs. I have had multiple dogs my entire life. We decided to open this private playground because we want all dogs to have the opportunity to enjoy what our dogs love. Here we offer the chance to get totally worn out by exploring and playing in safety. Give us the opportunity to spoil you and your dog. Let us know what makes you happy. I will make that happen. I know it is odd, but we have no cameras in our dog Playground. We just want privacy for our guests just like I would want for me. All pictures and videos of visiting dogs were sent to me via text message. We enjoy giving back to our community. Guilford County Dogs Day Out, DDO, come at a very reduced cost and Mondays FREE. We also provide them with a Free pup cup. If you want to contribute to them in excess of what you are paying, there is a clear money box inside the Sunflower She Shed in the Playground. The Sunflower She Shed is where every guest should start their visit. You will find everything you need plus quality treats there for your pup.

Alice's Beautiful Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Greensboro

We have a large, beautiful yard that is fully fenced. The fence is tall. The grass is recovering from winter right now so it’s not fully green. Different flowers bloom at different times. See photos for tiny cracks in the fence that my 15 pound dachshund mix cannot get out of…But maybe a really tiny dog can go under or get out of. It’s fully closed off, but the pictures show the minimal gaping happening at 2 places. The yard is beautiful with different types of flowers and trees. We have nesting blue birds into the bird house. We have a baby pool for dogs to play in. There’s a trellis covered patio with a hanging swing chair and outdoor couch. We have a two year old so there are kid toys and sidewalk chalk randomly around the patio. Feel free to use! I have a baby pool set up that I don’t mind you letting your dog use for a small fee add on of $2. There are flowers and plants that bloom at different times of the year. There are lots of birds flying around (except during winter) and a beautiful, big sky. Sunsets are really nice in our backyard. Enjoy the seating area. Park on the street in front of our house. When facing the house, the fence door on the left side is the easiest to enter, in my opinion. Do not use the trampoline. It’s dangerous. Do not use the grill, space heater, or fire pit at this time. It’s not something I want to navigate with guests right now. Thank you! There’s an outlet behind the blue couch. (Lastly, if your dog needs a dog friend, let me know and I can try to arrange for my dachshund/beagle mix to be there and to join in. He likes to be chased. I know most people won’t want another dog with their dog, but if it’s something that would make you and your dog happy, I could bring him out. He’s up to date on everything at the vet. He can be timid at first. If your dog is lonely for a friend, we can try to arrange something.) Message me if you want the wifi info.
