Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there.

Approximate Hours: Saturday and Sunday mornings 8:30-11:30 am M-W 8:30 am - 7:30 pm Thurs-Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 4 weeks with a cedar oil mix to help reduce mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging except for the fresh mulch area, and please refill holes. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. (There are no birds in the coop right now) Per Sniffspot's rules, no alcohol is allowed, and please no cigarette smoking; vaping is ok. ⏰ Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule your visit in your dashboard until 2 hours before your visit time after that, it's locked in. 🚩 We reserve the right to ban any guests who break these rules. Country hideaway! Fully fenced dog pasture on secluded property in Beaverdam, VA

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. In warmer months, the (4) chairs and a table will have an umbrella available for some shade. We also will have a shade sail for the pups use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred). There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags, a scooper and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures.
