This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. The only Sniffspot with an indoor room in all of Indiana! I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs have a place to go enjoy time with their humans who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. *dog beer only available with a minimum 10 hour notice of visit to prepare. Our air conditioned Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with water fun, toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and there’s and it hasn’t seem to disturb my guests and their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, a kids bench, kiddie pools, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -covered sandbox. This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. We recently upgraded our backyard privacy by adding 6 foot privacy screens to the entire side that is chain link fence. There are multiple sitting areas outside. And if you choose, you will also have access to our enclosed sunroom (for an extra fee) with space heater available for use. At Camp Annabelle, we offer three separate, fully fenced-in areas designed for your dog’s enjoyment and safety. The smaller yard features turf for easy play, while the two larger yards, each about a quarter of an acre, have grass and hay to help prevent muddy paws. All yards are enclosed by a privacy fence to ensure a calm and secure environment. We provide a variety of toys like balls, chuck-its, flirt poles, and tug toys to keep your dog entertained, along with training equipment such as place beds, long lines, FitPaws equipment, and targets for any training needs. A kiddie pool is available on warm days, and a hose is on-site for filling water bowls or the pool. Please remember to clean up after your dog—pooper scoopers and trash cans are provided. (Please request equipment when booking your spot.) For the humans, we offer WiFi, chairs, a trash can, and a fire pit in yard number 2 (with firewood and kindling available around the yard).
