Fencing details: The whole area is Deer fenced - see last photo I added. There is a couple of interior fences that are standard farm fencing but they lead to other parts of the sniffspot. Some fences have hedges for privacy.

Description

15 acres available on part of our farm - these are rented privately & it is just you & your dog/s on the walk. PLEASE ONLY STAY IN PADDOCKS COLOURED YELLOW, ORANGE, BLACK, HOT PINK, PURPLE. DO NOT ACCESS OTHER PADDOCKS. Peaceful & serene it is the perfect place for offleash zoomies & exploring. This spot offers a true outdoor adventure type of walk, expect your dog to go home content & ready for a snooze. The place offers wide open spaces, gentle contour which keeps things interesting, a small creek that fills via tap & rain water, water troughs to dip in, plenty of space to explore. A hose is available to clean your dog off after their adventure at the front of the stables (dogs will need to be leashed), gated entry with a dog waste bin by the entry gate. Note - you will still need some control of your dogs as the area is large. PLEASE ONLY STAY IN PADDOCKS COLOURED YELLOW, ORANGE, BLACK, HOT PINK, PURPLE. DO NOT ACCESS OTHER PADDOCKS Please note there are other dogs living on the property but if you stick to sniffspot areas you won't have any issues as they are at the front of the property & dog park is at the back. **IMPORTANT prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. **

There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. Notes for guests to be aware of: With all the rain recently make sure to wear appropriate shoes as some parts can be a bit muddy. The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you.

Suitable for dog training and off leash. Has farm fencing around the property so ideal for large dogs. First section is now fully fenced for small dogs. A large property to throw a ball/stick and for the dogs to run! Enjoy the planes flying over from the local airport. In summer paddling pools will be available for the dog/s to splash in. Can park in front of the farm gate or enter through the farm gate and park on the grass. Farm gate opens into the property. Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up any dog poo. There is a small green rubbish bin to dispose of your dog poo. Hose and water tap to wash down your dogs is next to the small green rubbish bin by the house. Please make sure the water tap is turned off once finished. Please do not go through any other closed farm gates on property due to livestock. Thank you. NOTE - During winter paddocks can get muddy. Be prepared for muddy wet dogs. Also recommend owners wear gum boots!
