Backyard is 6 ft wood privacy fence. Front yard is 4 ft chain link. Front yard and backyard can be separated by closing gate. There were a few escape spots in the front but they been fixed. Some of it not pretty but fixed.

Description

Beautiful in ground swimming pool that is professionally cleaned weekly, is an extra. Our yards are setup where back and front yards can be separated. We have comfy shaded sitting for parents. We also have a shaded private walking area IF your dog is trained to stay with you when off leash. Leash required in private walk if not.

Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house! When you arrive the first time, simply text me thrive the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around! Hope to meet you and pup soon.
