Front yard is not fenced, Back yard is fully fenced, trampoline is for shoe-less humans, no sharps(knives,pens,sticks, really anything that can puncture.

I have 2 dogs(prefer a heads up so I can keep them in house-Malinois and Shepard very protective of us, yard is a work in progress, Trash/Waste go in green garbage Bins, Neighbors have barking dogs,I dont bother/socialize with my surrounding neighbors. PRIVACY IS KEPT WHEN YOU KEEP TO YOURSELF.

The pool and hot tub will be covered for your safety. 8 foot concrete wall is a good sound barrier; although, it’s a quiet neighborhood. dogs are welcome to drink from the Koi pond in the front. The pond is quite deep; however, there are shelves built in. My dogs have not fallen in. The rocks on the ledge are sturdy. Nothing is off-limits in the yard. Indoor restroom available. Digging area has been replaced with a garden.
