Fantastic place, so glad there’s an area like this available in the Tri-Cities area, well worth the price. Large area for dogs to roam around, was clean, had a pooper scooper ready, water for the dogs, and toys if we wanted to use them. Highly recommended and we will be returning again soon!

Off leash heaven! This Sniffspot was everything we hoped for and then some. Booking was super easy and straightforward, and the host was absolutely wonderful—very communicative and friendly, which made the whole process stress-free. The location is easy to find, and parking is a breeze. Just remember to pull through the gate—there’s plenty of space to park and get your gear sorted before letting the zoomies begin. The yard itself is beautiful, spacious, and clearly well cared for. There’s a great little fire pit area at the bottom of the yard where we were able to set our stuff down and focus on the real priority: throwing balls for our dog, Holly. Holly isn’t quite ready for regular dog parks (she starts training soon), but she needs room to run or she turns into a fuzzy land shark. This spot gave her exactly what she needed and more. She’s about 80 pounds with long legs, and she finally got the chance to stretch out and really run. After an hour of sniffing, sprinting, and living her best off-leash life, she left happy and tired—and so did we. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone with a pup who needs room to roam!

Incredibly beautiful property!! My boys absolutely loved it and ran all their energy out! Host was super nice! All amenities you could need are supplied! We will definitely be back!!

What a wonderful space! I brought my two dogs and they had a great time exploring the huge space. The fence was tall and secure and she has made many wonderful areas that they enjoyed smelling. The pool was a concern, as my dogs had never encountered one before, but it was covered by a very strong cover. She provided fresh water and a bowl, as well as an easy way to clean up after them. There were also toys available and a folding chair if I wanted to set up around the yard. Thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful, large property with everything a pup would want. It would be perfect for a dog birthday party. It was easy to access with no other dogs or animals seen or heard.

This yard is huge and gorgeous! Dog had a blast running around and playing fetch. They provided a bowl of water, and a pitcher so we could refill it. And thank goodness they did because Papa needed it after all the fetch he played! It was fully fenced, which was great! Just a small area under the gate I thought maybe our dog could squeeze under, so we kept an eye on that during the visit. Host was very kind and responsive.
