Never any traffic in the neighborhood and it is very quiet. 2 car parking pad directly adjacent to the access gate. Yard is fully fenced on all sides - 6ft perimeter fence and 4ft gate. Visit us on your way to a hike or beach walk at Carkeek Park. Broadview Taphouse is dog friendly and nearby. Take your doggo on a dog date! Privacy while visiting: we do our best to close our upstairs curtains in preparation for every visit and we are rarely downstairs. We try and give full privacy while you are here :)

Spring 2025: Does your pup love *gently used* toys? Until we run out, there’s a bag full of freebies for visitors to take home - please limit to one per pup per visit! Check out this fully-fenced third of an acre backyard with a variety of grass, dirt, and weeds hanging out, at the moment. Lots of room for your pups to run, play fetch and roll around. There’s a spigot and a dog bowl for your pups to use as needed, and poop bags and a trash bin for your convenience. Please pick up poop before you head home for the day. ❤️ Please park on the grassy curb off of 126th and walk your pups east on 126th to the chain link fence gate by the big cedar tree! That’s the easiest entry point. 👍 🚌 School is back in session, and there’s a school bus stop on the other side of my fence. Lynette's Private Dog Park In Edmonds

We have 4 acres with creek running in front of our property along the road. The road is a two lane road with a speed limit of 25. Our road dead end at a kids summer camp (2miles away). We do have two dogs that play regularly in our backyard and love to zoom around and play ball. It’s about 7-10 degrees cooler at our place with many trees. We do have people walking down the road and back, some walking dogs. Closest neighbor is an acre away but voices carry so you do hear people talking sometimes.

There's lots of room to play fetch, get those zoomies out, or go sniffing! We have a picnic bench and extra chairs for you to relax in while your pup runs around. We also have a sun deck for you to just sit and enjoy nature! Depending on the season, you may see a variety of flowers in bloom (lilies, tulips, etc), shrubs and bushes, and Walnut and Apple trees. Since this is a neighborhood spot, next-door neighbors and their dogs might be out in their yards. As dog lovers and pet parents ourselves, we're delighted to be able to share our pet friendly oasis with you!
