Hello! We can now offer private parking in our driveway! Our property is located on a steep, one lane, dead-end winding road. You will end up in our driveway. Please park in front of the Sniffspot sign located on the left garage door. The arrow will lead you down some stone steps to a metal gate. Please use caution when walking down the steps, they can be muddy and slippery from the fallen wet leaves. A large shaded area with multiple picnic tables for large group gatherings. The Ritz Carlton(Porta Potty)for humans with sanitizer, lime dispenser to process waste and illuminate order. A large mowed areas to throw a ball or Frisbee. Golf Frisbee catchers, with an assortment of putter, Mid range and long range frisbees. A Water World play area that includes a man made pond. The pond is fed by The Mud Creek, which accumulates and then passes through to continue for miles. The pond has an easy access area in with a slope into the water for young and senior pups. A small water craft selection, which includes a John boat, two varieties of kayaks and a paddle boat . A selection of different size life Jackets for pups and humans. A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off dry off with and a “Solar Powered Drying line to hang them on. There are multiple large shaded sitting areas to relax, take a breath and simply enjoy the piece and serenity of this magical little hidden valley. A 10’x 10’ sand filled “Pup Dig Box” for those pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who just like a really good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. A number of security cameras. We want to give you an easy opportunity to pick up and deposit your pups 🐶 poop. (Fair Warning. We must maintain a zero tolerance for any guest who is not diligent about picking up after their pup) A comprehensive Obstacle Course with most of the obstacles course pieces seen on U-Tube which is a good place to go learn how to train your pup to effectively use this course. If it’s at all possible the time sent learning this course and getting through it can bring pupils and parent even closer together. There are multiple Toy stations with a large variety of toys to select from (Please be considerate for the next guest by returning them back to the toy station after use). If you have any unused toys, please consider donating them for our pup guest to enjoy. This year and next we have a number of things that we will developing to add to what makes us a Dog Disney Land. The Dog Dock Diving Ramp is now half complete and we are told that the National Grand Champion who can jump 45 feet will be visiting us. The picnic area and parking area has been expanded to accommodate an increase in the number of Birthday parties, pup groups, and family gatherings, all of which are such a delight for us to see. The overnight guest sight is almost complete and should be an enjoyable experience to have the entire Tail Waggers park all to themselves for the duration of their reservation time. We have noticed an up tic of young children that are now accompanying their pup and parents, so we have started the development of a play area for their enjoyment. Down the road and going across the bridge to the urban agility course under development, you can look down and see a land ramp down to a little shallow play area for pups to safely acclimate to playing in water Continued development of our assortment of main trails and the smaller loop trails have been moving forward and provide an excellent alternative to the water park area during our monsoon season. These narrow loop trails that meander up and down across creeks and through natural tree arbors are such a treat for pups. Walking sticks are provided at each trail head for those guests who desire to use them. Each trail has direction signs and colored markings to prevent a guest from becoming lost. We have been adding solar string lighting around trees and ground areas to parking areas, the Ritz Carton Potty and ground areas. It’s a little bit of eye candy when seen at night.

Green Acres Homestead 1 Acre Sniffspot
Welcome to Green Acres Homestead! Discover acres of adventure on our fully fenced pasture, complete with a seasonal creek and a peaceful pond—perfect for dogs to run, splash, and explore. Nestled on a charming farm beside Green Acres K9 Resort (A dog boarding and daycare facility), our play space offers a secure and refreshing retreat for your pups, whether they're visiting for playtime or boarding nearby. Important: Please keep an eye out for sniff spot signs and follow them carefully to reach the designated play area. You are encouraged to park all the way at the end of the driveway infront of the fence. Reality alert: Most folks already understand this and really enjoy bringing their dog here to play but for those that may not be as familiar we really want to make sure that you understand the environment that you will experience when you come to our sniff spot. It is very likely that the following could occur: 1)Hear a dog barking from the boarding facility 2)See a farmer working 3)See livestock share a fence line (Yes you can say hello to them) 4)Find mud in the wet season, no creek in the dry season 5)Alge in the pond when the water is not flowing and weeds in the field 6)We work towards keeping the main area of the field free of blackberries and weeds that poke by mowing but do not guarantee a weed free environment 7)The creek and pond are spring fed but there is always a chance of picking something up in nature 8)Your dog is welcome to dig and carry sticks and rocks. Be aware there may be holes, sticks or rocks 9)There is a dock that has no problem supporting my family on the pond but makes no promise to support anyone. You are welcome to use it but understand that is at your own risk and judgment. 10)The pond has gradual sloping sides on over half the pond but there are sections where it is steep. 11)We really don't want to discourage anyone from enjoying this place like we, do but also don't want people to expect something that is maybe not a reality. We look forward to seeing you here sometime soon.
