The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

Fully fenced in yard to run around in! Play fetch, frisbee, or work on some agility tasks! Gate located off driveway, table and chairs to relax at while the pup plays. Available agility equipment are jumps, tunnel, dog walk, table, tire hoop, mini A-frame/dog walk trainer. Yard is regularly sprayed (safe for pups) for mosquitos so it will be a bug free experience! Please not that agility equipment may be off to side sometimes for mowing. Note: Agility teeter and dog walk are smaller than regulation, but all dogs welcome to use it. Lots of sniffs here as five dogs live on property, horses are along back fence and deer are always meandering around. You can park at the gate, in the driveway; no one will be coming or leaving while you are here. Enter through the small gate to the left, next to the column. This property is the front yard. It is very quiet most of the time, but it is a neighborhood, so you might be here when neighbors are doing yard work. Three things: -I have horses (Oliver and Tot - you will know which one is Tot!), your dogs will most probably bark their heads off! Not a problem, they are pretty much bark proof. -I have five dogs. They will never be outside, ever. However, you may hear them barking. I am always here and will quiet them down as best I can. -fire ants. I do not use chemicals on the lawn, so I “spot” treat the mounds. I use a white ant treatment so you can easily identify. Be mindful of them, and be careful of any I may have missed.
