Rules 1. 🐕 All dogs must remain on a leash until inside the yard and leashed again before leaving. 2. 🚪 When entering and exiting, make sure the gate is closed and securely locked. 3. 💉 Only vaccinated and dewormed dogs are allowed. 4. 🚫 No dogs in heat are permitted. 5. 🤒 No dogs that are sick or with any virus/contagious condition are allowed. 6. 💩 Owners must pick up after their dogs and use the designated trash bin. 7. 👥 Maximum of 2 people per dog are allowed per visit. 8. ⏰ Please be punctual and respect your booking start and end times. 9. 🔑 You will be provided with a private access code to enter the property. 10. 🚭 No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or drugs are allowed on the property. 11. 🙅‍♀️ No drama or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. 12. 🚫 No aggressive or unsupervised dogs (owners must stay on-site at all times).

We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. There are poop bags and a green trash bin available. There are dog toys, a dog training cot, and two umbrellas. You’re welcome to use the hose to fill the water bowl and fill the kiddie pool. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.
