Reglas de la Casa 1. 🐕 Todos los perros deben estar con correa (leash) hasta entrar al patio y volver a colocársela antes de salir. 2. 🚪 Al entrar y al salir, asegúrese de que el portón quede cerrado y con seguro. 3. 💉 Solo se permiten perros vacunados y desparasitados. 4. 🚫 No se aceptan perros en celo. 5. 🤒 No se aceptan perros enfermos ni con ningún virus o condición contagiosa. 6. 💩 Es obligatorio recoger los desechos de su perro y depositarlos en el contenedor designado. 7. 👥 Máximo 2 personas acompañando al perro por visita. 8. ⏰ La puntualidad es importante: respete la hora de entrada y salida de su reserva. 9. 🔑 Se le proporcionará un código de acceso privado para entrar a la propiedad. 10. 🚭 No se permite fumar, consumir bebidas alcohólicas ni drogas en la propiedad. 11. 🙅‍♀️ No se permite ningún tipo de drama o comportamiento conflictivo. 12. 🚫 No se permiten perros agresivos ni sin supervisión (el dueño debe permanecer en el spot en todo momento). Rules 1. 🐕 All dogs must remain on a leash until inside the yard and leashed again before leaving. 2. 🚪 When entering and exiting, make sure the gate is closed and securely locked. 3. 💉 Only vaccinated and dewormed dogs are allowed. 4. 🚫 No dogs in heat are permitted. 5. 🤒 No dogs that are sick or with any virus/contagious condition are allowed. 6. 💩 Owners must pick up after their dogs and use the designated trash bin. 7. 👥 Maximum of 2 people per dog are allowed per visit. 8. ⏰ Please be punctual and respect your booking start and end times. 9. 🔑 You will be provided with a private access code to enter the property. 10. 🚭 No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or drugs are allowed on the property. 11. 🙅‍♀️ No drama or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. 12. 🚫 No aggressive or unsupervised dogs (owners must stay on-site at all times).

I have grassy yard that dogs love to do the zoomies in and play fetch! The double-lot has fencing all around, including privacy hedges. There’s a dirt digging corner under the shady tree. We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. There are poop bags and a green trash bin available. There are dog toys, a dog training cot, and two umbrellas. You’re welcome to use the hose to fill the water bowl and fill the kiddie pool. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.
