Welcome to our Sniffspot! We are the Moreno family, and we love that you are considering our little piece of paradise for your fur baby. Our yard has been a labor of love for many years and we’re happy to be sharing it with you. Beautiful old (and new) trees are flourishing, fruit is ripening, and birds are singing! Enjoy a tranquil space with plenty of room for good, safe fun. Check us out for a paw-some time!

Doggie Birthday Setup$25

For a special birthday celebration, we offer an extra setup for the birthday pup. The setup includes: a birthday banner/backdrop, tablecloth, doggie cookies, balloons and a gift for the pooch of honor! Birthday setups are only available on the weekends and must be scheduled in advance. Please contact the host if you’re interested!

Thank you for choosing us! We hope you have a wonderful time and ask that you use the doggie poop bags that have been provided for your convenience. Together we can maintain a safe and clean space for our pets! If you would like to use the doggie pool please let us know upon booking so we can have it set out for your convenience. We also ask for patrons not to pluck any fruit off the trees since they are delicate and carefully tended to by the family. However, we invite you to pick up and enjoy any freshly fallen fruit!

The backyard is 9500 sq ft and has 3 different areas. One is the pool area with a tiki hut, 2 is a covered area with a koi pond view for relaxing or taking shelter due to rain or heat and the 3rd area is the most popular, mostly grass area for playing fetch with your furry friend and for dogs to do their necessities. Spacious parking located directly in front of the property with gate access on either side of side.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
