Hello! Our families house sits on 24 acres on land with two hay fields in the front and back of the property. We also have some wooded area behind our house, some trails but they aren’t perfectly groomed. With proper notice (at least an hour) you should be able to use our lawn. Just have to make sure our kids are inside first. We have very pretty sunsets and sunrises, lots of Deer sitings and we have a friendly horse that lives next door.

He is the last one and we are at an age now where we probably won't be getting another dog; so, we want others to enjoy the land. Feel free to use the wash stall inside the barn (hot water and hoses are yours to use), there is also an outdoor fountain, water trough and plenty of electric outlets.
