Description

Enjoy your dog at Paws Abilities Dog Training! We offer classes, private lessons, and more... and when we don't have anything scheduled, you and your dog can enjoy our training space! *Do you have a dog that marks? Bring them in a diaper or belly band to help keep our space clean and safe!* Please note: the space can only be used for Sniffspot rentals when the facility is completely free. Therefore, availability is highly reliant on class schedule, private lesson schedule, and trainer availability. We are unable to list rental time slots more than 30 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding! Enjoy our indoor, climate-controlled training facility, with cushy rubber or turf flooring. Note: do you have a dog who marks? Please bring them in a diaper or belly band to keep our space clean and safe!

Additional rules

For insurance reasons, all dogs must be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccines, as well as current on parasite preventatives to use our training space.

	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

They can dig in the sandbox or dirt pile (or wherever else they would like), walk on the meandering mowed paths, climb the gigantic tree branch, cool off in the kiddie pool, hop around on the stack of straw bales, sniff the local plants, flowers and grasses, play games with their favorite person on the mowed playing field, or take a nap in the sun (or shade if you come in the beginning of the day). 90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

The property is under 4 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs. Just had the pasture mowed down but mosquitoes can still get aggressive when there is no breeze so you may want to apply insect repellent.
