Description

Beautiful partially fenced acreage located in the Scenic Loess Hills with easy access to I-29. There are two fully fenced garden areas, an approximately 1/2 mile walking trail, and a large un-fenced area that pets can run off-leash.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

There are all forms of native wildlife present depending on the time of day & year. The only hazardous species endemic to the area are Black Widow and Brown Recluse spiders, however, it is very rare to encounter them. The spot is heavily wooded and falling limbs are always a possibility, especially during high wind events. The larger garden has a low voltage electric fence installed, but it will always be de-energized and physically disconnected during visits. Please be attentive if walking around the property, especially if you’re bringing children. I do my best to make it kid-friendly for my young nieces, but we have numerous active projects going on at any given time.

Very secluded desirable area in ponca hills on a dead end road with low traffic. Feel free to use our front yard, side yards, or even the forest behind our house if preferred as long as you feel your dog has good recall. We have 1.5 acres but only the part next to the outbuilding is fenced currently. Please don't let your dog dig a hole as it's becoming a problem being able to mow with our mower..and full disclosure..to fill holes/dissuade digging i fill the holes mostly with used cat litter and top it with firmly pressed dirt For closing the gate with the latch.. it is on the inside at the bottom and it latches to the Post..please see picture for reference We are in ponca hills down the street from np dodge park and hummel park nature center
