David's 66 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Brevard

My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. This Sniffspot is a fully fenced (6 ft privacy) backyard with a mix of lawn and mulched beds, sun and shade in a quiet neighborhood with the occasional barking dog down the road. Plenty of space to run, roll and sniff!

We are on a corner lot. Please do not park in front of the house! Pull around the side and park toward the back of the lot. You can pull partially off the road into the natural bed along the street! Feel free to use the grassy back yard or use the bridge over the small creek to get to the large natural area beside the big creek! Make yourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful space! There are chairs near 2 fire pits that you are welcome to use.

This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets! - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - Please remember to bring water for you and your pets. Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Surrounded by woods, this private property is set about a half mile off the road in view of Glassy Mountain. Get some one-on-one time with your very best friend and enjoy the serenity of nature.  Please stay off of the docks until we had a chance to repair them. 

McT Family Farm

17 acre working farm with 50 livestock in fenced pastures. Entire farm is fenced in, including five livestock pastures and two corrals. Two turn-of-the-century barns great for photo backgrounds. Dogs can get near the fencing but not into the pastures with livestock. Mini highland cow, Irish dexter cow, alpacas, sheep, donkeys, ponies, goats - all in pastures and safely fenced off.
