Flat property, directly next to a 20+ acre farm field with beautiful views. If you prefer not to walk the trails, my mowed lawn is plenty large enough for fetch and sniffing. Dog toys included. My two dogs are friendly and love to play (9yr and 9months old) but for dogs with reactivity or fear aggression, my dogs have a sunroom which is not visible or audible in any area that you will be with your dog(s) to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. There is a fully fenced area (6ft high fence!) for you and your dog to enjoy some off-leash time. You can also use the rest of our unfenced land (we have 1.4 acres all together) My dog will be inside all the time, but might bark at your arrival. My neighbors do not own dogs, so this is great for reactive dogs. Please pick up after your pet - i provide a pooper scooper.
