40-acre ranch with a 1-acre stocked pond, perfect for training bird dogs! Let your dog run free, swim, and practice retrieving from the pond. The property also allows for shotgun noise training, making it an ideal spot to prepare your dog for the field. A paradise for dog lovers and trainers!
