Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. We also rent for training to certified instructors of K9 -police, DEA, military/sheriff officers along with private service trainers, For example 'Search and Rescue', Retrieve..etc. Email: moonandbacksandusky@gmail.com. Call 419-656-3557 for special events. We do allow more than one dog for organized dog play . We also have dog walkers who will play and train your loved little puppy. Plus when weather is warmer and outside bath area . There are many species of wild life on the land, from fish, coyote at night, mostly deer, beavers, raccoons, and ground hogs...etc. By May we will have horse fencing on our east and South wooded areas which have a natural wooded border. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. Even the best days with sun can turn quickly into a rain in our area. Along with the creek that runs through our property where you and your dog could get wet unexpected. A tub of dry clean towels us available on our front porch to keep you and your dog clean and dry. We charge a small fee to keep an abundance if towels clean and dry for you.

Treats- one bag of 10 pieces$5

If your dog is in training a treat is the best reward. We offer dried or raw unprocessed chicken , turkey or beef. Dogs are carnivores, a raw non processed meat is the healthiest treat. We offer in advance 2 options dry or raw ; turkey or chicken hearts and liver. Or raw beef pieces. Along with the standard hot dogs for training. Must arrange in advance. Your treats will be in a cooler on the front porch for use during your session.

Additional rules

We encourage free run and play, please make sure all vaccinations are up to date. Owners should be engaged with their pet. We are pet friendly and have 2 dogs a puppy and senior, and many barn cats. Please let us know in the 2 hr window when you are arriving to prepare our own babies.

I am an empty-nester with 2 rescue dogs who just love open run on our land. Since we are in a vacation area many want an area to take dogs to. We have now fenced in 3 acres and have a fire pit to enjoy. We also live across from a park venue for events , and play equipment with trails across the street Strikfaden Park.

Once you turn in the property private drive, you will see the side yard to the left, a big evergreen tree at the end of the driveway. This is where I would like visitors to park on the driveway next to this tree. The property line is defined by neighbors barns, fences & tree lines that surround the property. The property doesn't include the field to the right past the property tree lines. Do not use it. The tree line literally outlines a big rectangle kinda shape of the property. There is a small creek on the other side of the trees but it is not a part of the property. Cannot use it. There is also in ground pool that is gated off by a fence. The valley connects with side yards, back yard, & the hill yard to the right of the backyard. I do not mind if dogs run freely as long as they stay on the property. The valley is half mowed due to fallen trees. Don't go past the fallen trees, the grass is high there. Neighbors do have dogs but never unattended nor do they use the property. In spring, I plan to fence in a part of the yard with things for dogs. The property does have water fun once the weather breaks. I do have a towel, plastic bags you can use for droppings that I will place out on the front porch by the trash cans. Please use the blue trash can to dispose of your pets poop after sealing it securely. I will update when seasons change of what will be accessible to you & your fur babies!🫶 Did I mention it is a very peaceful, natural environment. Dogs love to run around the property with supervision.
