This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). A pond filtration system is being added in late February. We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Horses, pig, chickens and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. Very secluded, surrounded mostly by vegetation. Pool available. Pool is fenced in case you don't want your dog entering the pool. You have to open the pool fence to let them in. Fresh water, dog first aid kit. You may toss your doggie poop bag in the trash can as you leave, poo bags are near the trash can. Hand sanitizer is in the pool area. Dog bath area (shampoo and conditioner is an extra expense). Back gate sets about 3-4 inches above the ground, so very small dogs could go under the gate or between the back fence rods. Bathroom by the pool. Towels to dry your dog (or you) off are in the pool bathroom as well. The total area the dog(s) can go is a little under .25 acres. While you are here, my dogs will be locked inside the house. They will only be (possibly) visible at the patio doors. You may hear dogs in the distance, but it's secluded enough that you won't see dogs other than mine through the patio doors if you are close enough to them (there are squirrels, rabbits and such here and there).

Very wooded giving time for mom and dad to sit back and let the dogs roam free. Bench is available in a big clearing area as you enter the land. Porta potty on site. Clear of trash. Several cleared trails, but as you go further, boots are recommended.

Fully fenced area with large tree for shade. Comes with already made holes for more digging if the need is there 😊. Large bowl of fresh water provided for your furry friends
