We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. Yard is professionally cleaned every six months by Tom’s Turf and disinfected daily by homeowner. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.

(Beware of red ant piles-we treat often but rains stir them up, dogs usually stay clear-Keep feet moving) Please honor your timeframe with 15 min buffer before & after bookings. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
