Back yard pool rules: 1. Swim at your own risk, by entering the pool all individuals acknowledge that they are doing so at their own risk. 2. Adult Supervision: children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 3. No diving, diving is strictly prohibited in the pool. Please enter the pool using designated stairs. 4. No running or rough play in and around the area is allowed. 5. No glass or sharp objects in and around the pool. 6. Pets are allowed in the pool and pool area. Please maintain a clean and safe environment. 7. No alcohol or drugs. Alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited. 8. No lifeguard on duty. Swimmers should exercise caution and be responsible for their own safety

There is a hose for dog water or play. Please do not let the dogs swim in the pool. The house has an alarm, so please do not try to open doors. Long driveway has parking spot on the left and enter the backyard through the gate on the left side of the house. Your dog(s) will love it!
