We absolutely adore our dogs, (Kian + Bruna = Kuna 😉), so we decided to build them their dream yard, and now we’re excited to share it with you! Kuna’s Corner offers a variety of activities designed to keep pups engaged and excited. Dogs have plenty of room to zoom, climb and balance on the custom playset and tire pyramid, zig-zag along logs, dig in the designated digging area, or chase tennis balls and other toys. The playset also serves as an observation deck for dogs to climb and survey the yard, and the bungee tether tug lets them pull and play on their own. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Humans can relax in seating areas or a hammock chair and enjoy off-street parking for a stress-free visit. Kuna’s Corner is playful, enriching, and welcoming for every pup and their person. *We have a security camera in the backyard for home safety. During all Sniffspot visits, the camera is always set to privacy mode and does not record.

Our expansive, fully-fenced property offers your pup the ultimate playground. With ample space for fetching balls, chasing frisbees, and exploring, your dog will have the time of its life. Relax on our numerous benches while enjoying the lush, shaded areas that offer a refreshing escape from the desert heat. Check out our extras and add an event table or doggie wading pool to your booking. For a special experience, book an evening session to enjoy cooler temperatures and our beautifully lit yard. Special requests for play days when we have irrigation days if your pup wants to run and play in a flooded yard estimated 1-14 inches deep. DM me for more details. Do you want to provide 1:1 training for your dog but do not have the space? Book today and bring your trainer with you. We are open 5am - 10:00pm and attempt to close, but bookings may already be scheduled and we will reach out to you directly to confirm booking. This is one day every two weeks for irrigation in spring and every three in the winter. You may request a puppy water day and we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Please message me if you have trouble with booking and I can confirm availability or let you know if we have a cancellation. **FYI- if you book and reschedule a booking Sniffspot passes fees to the host, but if you cancel and reschedule no charges are passed to the guest or host. It is completely enclosed, with fruit trees, seasonal flowers, a banana bed and lots of grass to run and play. There are several cute photo set ups. This backyard features a pool with a unique ramp entry. This makes it great for dogs who are nervous about entering the pool. The yard also features a turf area for dogs to play. Dog bowls and water are available at the tiki bar as well as dog bags.
