Huck and Buck Farm Dog Park Rules: 1. Clean up after your dog at all times. 2. Dogs must be under voice control; owners must be aware of their dog’s location at all times. 3. Do not touch, chase, or feed the farm animals—all are in pinned areas. 4. Parking entrance is off Paddock Road—look for signage. 5. Keep the bathroom tidy after use. 6. Water is available at outdoor hydrants—please share responsibly. 7. No animals are allowed inside the High Tunnel or open garden beds. 8. Picnic seating is available—please enjoy respectfully. 9. Food is allowed—dispose of all trash in designated bins. 10. No swimming or wading in the pond. 11. Feral cats may be on-site—do not approach or feed them. Please contact Andrea Haritos at 302-354-4271 or Michael Haritos at 302-540-7448 for any emergency. We appreciate your respect for our farm and animals. Enjoy your visit!

Corey's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Wilmington
Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

AS OF MAY 4TH 2025 OUR SPOT IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY We appreciate all of our visitors, but the app has become very glitchy, rules aren't being read/followed and the apps GPS is bringing people to our neighbors which has caused significant issues. Feel free to send me a message if you'd like to schedule something in the future and I will see about unblocking the calendar. As of right now, especially because SniffSpot support is not responding to us in a timely fashion, we are making this decision and very sorry to do so. People who are not first time guests or have been here a few times before can still reach out to schedule while we work this out. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".
