Corey's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Wilmington

Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

Brisinger Farm 16 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Coatesville

We have 16 acres, some wooded, some open. Stream runs near farm on township property less than 50 feet from our property line. We also offer a petting zoo for an additional fee with goats, sheep, rabbits, chinchillas, pot belly pig, peacocks, pheasants, doves, pigeons, chickens and more to come. Amazing secluded privately fenced area. Some flat ground as  well as logs for jumping and if interested some wildlife to Chase. There is also a shed in the area When arriving to the home, please park in the cul-de-sac. Go to the left of the home and you will see a goat shed with a animal fence around an area. This is the area for Sniffspot. Please do not use the main homes backyard as I have four dogs in that area. Also, we have recently had some trees knocked down and part of the fence is bent so it is not 100% secure. We are working to remove the tree. Some are still coming to use Sniff spot and I have not had a complaint but I just want you to know about it.   I look forward to you enjoying the property
