Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

Kendall's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Minneapolis
I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood.
Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open.
We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used.
I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience.

Sully's Sniffspot In West Saint Paul
Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends!
When you arrive, come through the gate next to the garage to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the patio window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play.
For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of other dogs: The neighbors next to us do not have dogs. There is a house across the street and a couple yards down who have dogs that we can see from the hill in our yard. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. We do occasionally hear dogs barking. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard while you are here. He may bark when you arrive.
For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of humans: Our neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our neighbors on the north side of us have two grade school aged kids who used to come up to the fence to talk and try to pet dog visitors without asking first. They haven’t done this in the last few months, but it is a possibility. We will stay inside the house while you are here or will use the front door if we need to come/go.
Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you.

Kodi's 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Hudson
My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that
area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies!
Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run.
There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs.
Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced (6ft) yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans, and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies!

Happy Spring! PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING:
• 🐕 ‼️ 👀 DOGS NEXT DOOR: There are two dogs that live next door to the south that are *sometimes* outside in their own fully fenced backyard. They are friendly! But one is a more energetic puppy that likes to bark. Our neighbors are great and are aware of our Sniffspot.
• 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage.
• 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home.
• 🚰💧 Sorry, the water is currently off for the season. Will return when freeze risk drops!
• 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard.
• 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree.
• ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. You may temporarily place the board across the gap if necessary, but please remove it when done as this is a passage for the rabbits.
• Dogs are welcome on the deck! :) We love to wave ‘hi’ through the window.
• ❌🚽 Sorry, we do not allow guests to use our restroom. There is a gas station half a block north.
