If you walk the field with your floofy, please be aware that this is nature and the ground is uneven in spots. We do have rabbits squirrels birds groundhogs deer and other critters out and about at any given time. No human running around the pool please 🐶🙏

If during summer time please. Make sure owner or someone is in the pool to guide the puppers away from the sides of the pool. They should only be using the stairs for access. Sorry but the Swimming is for the pups and owners only No smoking or glass containers please 😉

This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn and chicken coop where we keep chickens. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have small children who love all animals. We also have 2 huskies, 1 great Pyrenees/lab mix and 2 outside cats. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from.
