Happy Tails Farm, 3 acres Fully Fenced + 7 acres Partially Fenced, Eugene
Hi, I’m Monet, and this is Happy Tails Farm! We’re all about enjoying life with animals, especially dogs (and chickens :)! The farm is on 15 scenic acres, located just outside of Eugene. We're easily accessed via Fox Hollow, Chambers, or Bailey Hill.
Our property has a 3 acre Fully Fenced & mowed private dog park with a view of Spencers Butte! There's some fun stuff out there including giant tractor tires, a straw bale structure (Pumpkin Parkour!), jumps and an agility tunnel. We're always looking for new ideas and love requests!
We also have 7+ acres of Partially Fenced nature area with trails, including forest and fields. We recommend keeping your dog on leash while exploring the trails, as the property is not 100% fenced and there can be deer roaming as well! This area is huge and is a very exciting work in progress.

Grace Dog Park in Myrtle Creek
Welcome!
First-time guests receive a $5 discount with the coupon code "TRYTHESPOT24".
Conveniently located less than one mile off Interstate-5 at exit 103. This exit features a gas station, Grocery Outlet, Tesla charging stations, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply (dog toys!), A&W, a donut shop, Dollar Tree, and more.
Winter update…the park has good drainage but there are some wet spots and it is getting a little torn up in areas because the dogs are have too much fun running around. It is not thick gooey mud but expect some dirty paws!
This approximately one-acre park is fully fenced with brand new 5’ tall non-climb wire fencing. There are two gates for access: a walk-through gate if you choose to park on the wide gravel shoulder along the road, and a drive-through gate which allows you to bring your vehicle inside the park onto a large gravel parking area to unload your furry friends. Inside the park you will find a gently sloped grassy field with some nice flat areas also. There is a brand-new 12'x14' covered shelter to keep you out of the rain or hot sun. We havea real, vintage fire hydrant for your dog’s “enjoyment”. There is the 'King of the Spot' A climbing play area with ramps for your pups. Dogs only on the play feature please - not for humans to climb on. We also added 3 new resin benches around the spot for your enjoyment. Some rock wall terraces about 2’ to 3’ tall can be used for sitting, and for your larger breed dogs to jump up and down on. There are Adirondack chairs and a large wooden picnic table for the humans as well as the dogs (our Lab loves to jump up on top and take in the view). A water hydrant provides fresh water from our local municipal water source, Tri City Water, and you will find water pails for every size of dog. Nearby is a mailbox with doo doo bags, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and paper towels. You will also find two wooden crates: one filled with an assortment of toys, and the other provides a nice stick library for your pooch to choose from. Please note: both gates open inwards into the park. Seven or eight months out of the year you will find green grass (and weeds), in the summer months it will be dry dormant grass. The park is always kept mowed (except for fire season) and there will be no tall grass or weedy areas. We do not spray any herbicides or pesticides of any kind inside the park or along the fence lines. This park does not share a fence line with any other properties and there is a wide perimeter around the park on three sides. The fourth side is along Crest Drive, a medium trafficked residential road. There are some neighboring small dogs along the back line that will say hello now and then, but there is a 80’ buffer between the fence lines on this side.
We respect your privacy while using the park, and even though we would love to come over and play with every dog visitor and say hello to their humans, we will only meet you by specific request.
Generally the park is available to book during daylight hours, but there is some flexibility for your special requests. There is a nice light right across the street that lights up much of the park nicely at night.
If you choose to park your vehicle inside the park, please open the gate slowly so that it doesn’t swing against the post too quickly.
Both gates have combination locks on them. The current code will be provided upon scheduling your visit.
This is a non-smoking park. Alcoholic beverages and drug use are also not allowed in the park.
Please do not play loud music in the park.
If you are ever unsatisfied with your visit for any reason, we will gladly contact Sniffspot and request a refund.
We are appreciate your visits and are happy to share this space with you and your dogs.
If you have questions about your booking of visit please call 541-530-3922.

Jasper Memorial Sanctuary - Sliding Fee Scale Using Discount Codes (See Details in Description Below)
As winter approaches and post- icepocolyps logging winds down, I would like to test a pricing option. For the winter months, at least, I am going to offer sliding scale discounts. The guest can choose their pay rate for sanctuary use based on their moment-to-moment economic status. Discounts are as follows: $2 off (JMSS2); $4 off (JMSS4); $6 off (JMSS6). Enter the discount code (in parentheses) for your desired discount.
Just as a reminder, or for new inquiries, the effort and cost to recover/rebuild Jasper Memorial Sanctuary was extensive and expensive. Material costs were over $5000. Labor costs, had I hired all the hours worked, are over $15,000. The price increase for utilizing the Sanctuary is small in comparison to the expenses incurred from the loss (0.1%).
Thank you to all my amazing guests who have given your dog(s) opportunity to find their calm within by visiting Jasper Memorial Sanctuary. It is amazing to see your dogs and you finding your inner peace.
Thank you too for following all of the rules to keep this SS sustainable into the future. The fee set is the amount needed to allow me to keep this site open and provide improvements when needed. (I understand other sites charge less, but I've learned charging less is not financially sustainable. Hosts do not earn what they charge).
I love hosting new and returning guests.
RECENT IMPROVEMENTS/RESTORATION:
Approximately 80 damaged/downed trees removed.
40 uprooted stumps ground out
340' of new 5' fencing installed
140' fencing repaired
New entrance gate/location created
100s perhaps 1000s of poison oak dug out (it's still present, just fewer)
Culvert installed at entrance with gravel path to gate (pending)
New signs installed
A 6'x6' sand box has been added. Please encourage digging in this location only. Discourage digging in all other locations for the safety of everyone and the preservation of the environment.
A poop bag dispenser has been installed on a post near the gate and will be kept filled.
Jasper Memorial Sanctuary, named in memory of my soul dog Jasper, is no larger than 1.3 acres in and fully fenced.
