The space and rental is focused on your dogs. Bbq for cooking burgers or dogs for your pups parties. We also love kids but need to keep it safe - children under 18 with prior approval ( message me! ) NO DOOR DASH deliveries please... Unless approved prior. 2 humans per dog(s) in a family. (not including young children under 6) Yes, you can swim with your dog! Discounts for more than 4 dogs (look at extras) . There is a bathroom and shower area. Please brush your pups before coming over and, if doable, rinse them in hose or shower before swimming. ( helps us keep pool cleaner) Skim pool ( just one time around)when done and pick up poop please! We now offer a dryer fan to dry your dogs before you go. Pool Temperature is currently around 74-76. This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.
