We host a private retreat for pups who need space to roam freely! Not every dog thrives in a busy public park, and we understand the need for a safe, stress-free environment. Whether your furry friend prefers quiet playtime, needs extra security, or just loves to explore without interruptions, our park is designed for them. With plenty of open space, a well-maintained setting, and a hassle-free experience, you can relax while your pup enjoys the freedom to run, sniff, and play at their own pace. Come visit and let your dog experience the perfect getaway—tail wags guaranteed!

Additional rules

For vaccinations, we require that all visiting dogs have current DHPP or DA2PP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus), and rabies vaccines or current titers. We also require up to date, veterinarian-recommended flea and parasite preventative. Guests self-certify their dogs' medical status before use and agree to provide proof if required.

Hi, I'm Jonathan! My wife and I have always dreamed of creating a safe, welcoming space for dogs to play freely—and now, we finally have the property to make it happen! We know firsthand how tough it can be to find a secure off-leash area, especially for pups who prefer their own space. Our previous furry friend was not dog-friendly, and finding a place where he could run without worry was a challenge. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer a special retreat for your furry friend—whether they need a quiet spot away from the usual dog park crowd or just a safe space to stretch their legs. We can't wait to welcome you both!

Hello!! BIG PLANS!! Thank you to every dog and human that supported us this past year. Puppy Paradise in Salado has made so many dogs happy. Visit @puppyparadisesalado to learn more or continue reading. For every new Instagram follower, 1 minute of land clearing and Puppy Paradise construction. Capped at 10 million minutes. For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. I will post time lapses along with reported numbers on Instagram. If the page gets to 300k followers I will make Puppy Paradise construction my full time job.
