Our 3-acre yard is now available on Sniffspot! 🌳 Unfenced & Remote: Nestled over a mile from the nearest neighbor, it’s the perfect off-leash oasis for dogs who love open space without city distractions. 🐶 Resident Host Dog: Meet our golden retriever, Maisie —fully vaccinated, incredibly friendly, and happy to socialize (or not—your choice!). 🦟 Safety First: Our yard is regularly treated for mosquito and tick control, and we keep the grass trimmed short for maximum comfort. 📡 Optional Add-On: We offer a wireless electric fence collar for rent if you’d like an added boundary for your pup’s play. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff, or just nap in the sun, this spot is made for tail-wagging joy. Come explore a truly serene space built with dogs in mind. We can’t wait to host you! 🐕✨

While the deck is fenced-in, please note that smaller dogs may be able to slip through the gaps, so this space is best suited for medium to larger dogs. It’s a perfect spot for dogs who enjoy soaking up the sun, having some playtime, or simply enjoying the outdoors in a safe, contained environment.
