We are located in a quiet canyon, just 5 miles from Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and the 101 freeway. Since January 2020 we have offered: • individual reserved appointments for a private visit • a rustic space to enjoy on-leash or off-leash • contact-less visits; you'll receive detailed instructions after booking • explore approximately 4 acres of rolling hills, dirt paths, native plants, oak trees, and sniffing spots on our 10-acre ranch • an outhouse restroom • picnic tables, shaded areas, and chaise lounges • 360-degree views of the Santa Monica Mountains • sounds of quail and numerous other birds chirping • dog waste bags and trash can • an onsite weather station www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KCAWESTL52 Our guests have: • enjoyed a leisurely stroll with their dogs while enjoying the views • played with their reactive pup without the worry of other people or other dogs • snapped great photos and posted on social media • had a picnic with their pup • played fetch and did some zoomies • relaxed on a chaise lounge • quickly and easily rescheduled visits in the app • sniffed, sniffed again, and sniffed some more! HOST NOTE

Rattlesnakes, bobcats, and coyotes are always possible but uncommon. The ground throughout the property is uneven and steep. There are loose rocks and gravel in places. There are no fences. There are potholes on the road, so low cars are not recommended. During the rainy season there is mud on the trail and on the road.

We are in a high-risk fire zone, so 🚭ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 🚭 by you or your guests! Only one 🚙 vehicle is allowed per dog, as parking is limited. Please arrive and leave the parking area ⏰ on time. Also, please pick up after everyone in your group. Please make sure to bring the following items: - Shoes with a good grip, such as hiking shoes, are needed as you will need to navigate a steep staircase and dirt path from the parking area. Once you make it down from the parking area, the terrain becomes much flatter. - A dog leash for the parking area. If your dog cannot be off-leash, please keep the leash on, as there are no fences. - A tennis ball or frisbee if you want to play fetch in the large, open, flat area. - Sufficient water for you and your dog, as we do not provide water on site. - There are traffic cones around the site for film shoots (Sniffspot visitors can ignore them).

All Dogs Rule! Puppy Paradise

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.
