Host Rules
We are in a high-risk fire zone, so 🚭ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 🚭 by you or your guests! Only one 🚙 vehicle is allowed per dog, as parking is limited. Please arrive and leave the parking area ⏰ on time. Also, please pick up after everyone in your group. Please make sure to bring the following items: - Shoes with good grip, such as hiking shoes, as you will need to navigate a steep staircase and dirt path from the parking area. Once you make it down from the parking area, the terrain becomes much flatter. - A dog leash for the parking area. If your dog is not able to be off-leash, please keep the leash on, as there are no fences. - A tennis ball or frisbee if you want to play fetch in the large, open, flat area. - Sufficient water for you and your dog, as we do not provide water on site. - There are traffic cones around the site for film shoots (Sniffspot visitors can ignore them).

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.
